This is very simple step but will take time longer if you take far subway to Seoul Iris garden.
Just simply transfer to Dobangsan Station line 7, and take Exit 2.
Once you come out from Exit 2, you will see the entrance of the garden.
There's no fee and you can explore the garden for about 10 minutes because the garden not too large to explore.
